Friday 17 last year, in a room adjacent to the university hosted a lunch and toast (and later partying) occasion of the holiday year.
After a few rounds of beer and uncomfortable for the treatment of "Lord Chancellor" by some of the guests, the Chancellor stood up and addressing all said "the rector at the university is (pointing in the direction of the local rector) , here is your friend -insert name of governing here, ".
The rest of the day we were giving voice " HEALTH BATTERY ".
